Uk Ceramics Jewelry respects the privacy of individuals and therefore your details will not be sold, hired or given to any other third party. Your details will only be used to update you on new products if you so wish. You may be contacted regarding any queries on jewelry purchases, however there will be no sales calls.

Should you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter regarding new jewelry designs you can either send us an e-mail with „Unsubscribe” in the Subject line, or return one of our e-mails that was sent to you with the applicable unsubscribe int he subject line.

Prices

Our prices are listed in Euro and do not include postage. All prices in the shop are presented including VAT 25 %. You can not shop in any other currency than Euro. Actual billing is always in Euro.

Prices may change without prior notice (never after you have received a purchase order though)

Import Duty

When items are purchased from outside the EU, or to be delivered outside the EU, it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay import duty or other local taxes if/when necessary.

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal. Please do not send any cash in the mail to UK Ceramics Jewelry for any jewelry item(s).

Delivery

All orders will only be shipped once payment has been received and cleared. We use Hungarian Post Services for shipping. All products are sent by priority and registered airmail letter.

UK Ceramics Jewelry shall not accept responsibility for notifying carriers (on behalf of the Customer) of any claims for loss damage or delay in transit or for mix-delivery or non-delivery unless the Customer puts UK Ceramics Jewelry in possession of relevant information in reasonable time for UK Ceramics Jewelry to comply with the appropriate claims procedures. Goods must be examined on receipt, and if damaged, signed for as such with immediate advice to UK Ceramics Jewelry. If the above procedure is not adhered to UK Ceramics Jewelry cannot accept responsibility. The liability of UK Ceramics Jewelry for loss or damage in transit shall not exceed replacement of the Goods shown to be lost or damaged or, at UK Ceramics Jewelry' option, reimbursement of the price received for the Goods. All further claims for damages, howsoever arising, are hereby expressly excluded.

Shipping cost

Your shipping cost is 9,- Euro and will be individually shown with your order. (priority and registered airmail letter)

Returns

Uk Ceramics Jewelry is dedicated to providing you with high quality one-of-a-kind jewelry and customer services. Therefore should you be dissatisfied with your jewelry purchase for any reason, you can return it within the following guidlines:

• Items are fully refundable within 15 days of the date they were

received excluding all postage costs.

• Items which are returned because they have been unclaimed will be

refunded except for the postage and packaging cost.

• Earrings can not be returned and are not refundable due to hygiene

reasons.

• All returns are to be sent back recorded delivery. Customers should

always retain a copy of proof of postage.

• Refunds are only made once the items have actually been received,

inspected and are in good condition.

• The customer should return all goods:

º within the original packaging

º with the invoice enclosed

º Should a customer have made a purchase using PayPal,  then the refund method would be via PayPal.

Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been placed and sent through to UK Ceramics Jewelry, it may be cancelled at any time by simply forwarding an e-mail to UK Ceramics Jewelry, quoting the order number and requesting cancellation. Should the item have been despatched before cancellation was received, the refund policy will apply. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer

This site and the products advertised are protected by copyright law. You may not copy any part of www.ukceramicsjewelry.com or copy any of the products advertised on this site without written consent from us.

Validity

If something in these terms and conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will still apply.
